We have certainly neglected our web page updates! We missed the holidays including our visitors!
We had a nice visit freom Bryon Baker of Frontier Presicion, out west from CO over Christmas. We did some water fowl hunting together, Bryon got the first one!

New Years Eve was quiet and uneventful.

We wrapped up testimony on the 100 acre Harwich case that I have been working on since 2004. A sudden find by the client of a 12' x 6' map hanging on the wall of The Registry of Deeds showing the Cape Cod Railroad in 1865 may have a huge impact on the outcome of the trial! Go Freeman!!

Well the bleak weather of Feb. is hopefully coming to close as spring sneaks ever closer. We will be away briefly over next weekend (Mar 4th-9th) but will always be in touch.

Our work load is constantly shifting from area to area. One of my favorites tasks is to setup control networks for other surveyors, or engineers. also I like to work with difficult boundary issues and potential conflicts. It is my goal to establish some sort of boundary line arbitration service, but for now I'll let the attorny's duke it out!

Topographic (pre-construction) surveys and ALTA/ACSM surveys remain among my favorite kinds of projects, too. I am not a real big fan of construction layout but we do handle small residential projects on occasion....

And that's the latest from Outermost land Survey, have a nice day, Thank you for reading,
Don Poole
